How do I get started?

Use our size guide to choose a unit that’s just the right size. Then give us a call to rent your space.

Do you rent month-to-month, or do I have to sign a lease?

Our rental contracts are month-to-month agreements – no long-term lease is required.

What's the difference between access hours and office hours?

Office hours indicate the presence of a Property Manager who provides in-person customer service, such as accepting payments, answering questions, selling supplies, etc. During access hours, you will have access to your storage unit, but a Property Manager may not be on hand to assist you.

What are your payment terms?

We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, and cash.

How can I choose the right size self-storage unit?

Our expert managers can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored, and we will help you determine how much space is needed.

Do you provide hand carts to help me move my things?

Hand carts are available at each facility to assist with your move-in.

Do I need storage insurance?

We do recommend you consult with your renter's or homeowner's insurance as some policies will cover a storage unit. You do have an option to self insure. It's always recommended to insure your items so please ask our staff to provide you with a brochure or see your insurance carrier for assistance.
