Unit sizes vary by facility. However, our sizes generally range from 5’ x 5’ units to spaces with 450 square feet. We also offer climate-controlled units and vehicle parking spaces for boats, RVs, and cars.

What unit size should I rent?

What are the dimensions of your storage units’ door clearance?
Our standard unit height is ten feet tall with a door clearance of 7 feet high. 10-foot-wide units have an average door opening width of 8 feet. Some have 8'8" openings. Our 5-foot-wide units have an average door width of 36 inches. Our 12-foot-wide units have entry widths of 10 feet.
What is climate-controlled storage?
Many of our facilities offer climate-controlled storage units, which maintain a consistent environment year-round. This type of unit is ideal to shield electronics, furniture, family photo albums, and heirlooms from extreme temperatures and excessive humidity.
Do the units have electricity or RV charging stations?
We provide lighted hallways and adequate light for the interior of our storage units, but no electrical outlets are provided for use. Please call or visit the facility nearest you for amenity details.
What are the facility hours at A-1 Locker Rental Self Storage?
Both of our facilities’ offices are open from 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 8 AM to 4 PM on Saturday.
How long is the rental agreement?
All of the units at A-1 Locker Rental Self Storage operate on a month-to-month basis. Your rent is due on the first of the month. If your lease begins mid-month, we’ll prorate your rent when you move in.
How much is the rent each month?

What is your termination policy?
